Delegations
Our delegations
The headquarters of the Association will remain in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, but delegations and subsidiaries may be set up inside and outside of it.
The category of non-resident adherent members may count on the coordination of a secretary designated for this purpose, establishing local offices in the country in which they are located. The functions of said secretary will be to coordinate joint efforts with the headquarters located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

She has a Law Degree, Master in Environmental Audits and Environmental Management, Mention in Environmental Law – Iberoamerican University, specialist in Environmental Impact Assessment – Miguel de Cervantes European University, specialist in Environmental Law and Sustainability in the Use of Natural Resources – Iberoamerican Center , expert in Environmental Law and Climate Change, in turn president of the Environmental Law Commission of the La Paz Bar Association (Bolivia).
It stands out for her trajectory in the elaboration of environmental regulations and exercise of the profession in environmental management.

Francisco J. Ojuelos Gómez

He has a Law Degree. As a practicing lawyer, he is an expert in Community Law from the Université Paris VII – Dennis Diderot and from the Jean Monnet Chair at the University of Zaragoza.
His specialization in fundamental rights (noise and access to public office, among others) and in food law stands out the latter plot on which he supports his latest work «The right of nutrition». He has numerous publications and is a regular consultant in written and audiovisual media.

Dora Alicia Mayoral Villanueva

She is a lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Sonora, Mexico. She has a Master’s degree in Education from Arizona State University, United States of America. She is an Expert Specialist in questioned signatures and documents. She is a certified Specialist in Criminological Intervention and Prevention of Violence in Educational Centers. She is a freelance translator, workshop facilitator and coach in groups for the development of interpersonal skills. She has been a professor at the Center for Foreign Languages of the National Polytechnic Institute and Professor of Epistemology and Educational Psychology at the UNIVER University of Mexico.

Carlos Vera Bordaberry Salazar

He is a Lawyer, graduated from the National University of Asunción. He has several Master’s degrees, among them in Planning and Strategic Management, National, by the Institute of Higher Strategic Studies and in Diplomacy and Specializations in Environment and Clean and Renewable Energies. He is a Graduate and Postgraduate University Professor. He is Director of the Latin American Ombudsman Institute. In turn, he is a public official, currently serving as Deputy Ombudsman of the Republic of Paraguay.
In turn, he is Coordinator in Charge of the Environmental Thematic Network of the Ibero-American Federation of Ombudsmen, Environmental Director of the Global Alliance of Local Ombudsmen and Director of the Environment Area of the Latin American Ombudsman Institute.

He was Provincial Director of Judicial Affairs of the Province of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and South Atlantic Islands and Legal and Technical Undersecretary of the Province of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and South Atlantic Islands.
