María de los Ángeles Berretino
She is a lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, she has specialized in the Regime and Policy of Natural Resources and the Environment at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires; the Updating Program in Oil and Natural Gas Law, and the Updating Program in Art Law and Cultural Legislation, both from the Buenos Aires Law School. Diploma in Management of Cultural Projects, from the National University of Quilmes.
She is an Ordinary Member of the Law Institute of Ecology, Environment and Natural and Energy Resources, of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital and Member of the Environmental Law Institute of the Argentine Association of Constitutional Justice, he was a professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. Awarded by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China (First Place – Chinese Culture, 1999).
She is also an advisor to Non-Profit Civil Associations and Foundations, which work in the areas of childhood, education, social inclusion, gender and the environment. He has worked in the private business sphere and in the cultural area, where he has participated in numerous publications.
She is Director of the Institute of Cultural Law of AIDCA, co-director of the Ibero-American Journal of Law, Culture and Environment and co-founder of the Institute of Antarctic Law and Polar Management.
Javier Alejandro Crea
He is a Lawyer, graduated from the University of Morón, Specialist in Constitutional Law and in Law and Policy of Natural Resources and the Environment, in both cases from the University of Buenos Aires and is in turn Specialist in Environmental Law from the University of Belgrano and Diploma in Management of Cultural Projects, from the National University of Quilmes.
He is Vice President and Director of Institutes, Commissions and Academic Activities of the Ibero-American Association of Cultural and Environmental Law, directing the Institutes of Constitutional Law and Human Rights. He is Co-director and Founder of the Institute of Antarctic Law and Polar Management of AIDCA.
He is Deputy Director of the Law Institute of Ecology, Environment and Natural and Energy Resources of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital and Member of the Institute of Constitutional Law of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital.
He is Co-director of the Ibero-American Journal of Law, Culture and Environment – RIDCA, ISSN 2953-3554 and Member of the Editorial Board of the Confrontos Journal. University of Itauna. Minas Gerais, Brazil.
He was Legal Advisor of the Deputy Ombudsman of the Republic of Paraguay, Director of the Institute of Environmental Law of the Morón Bar Association, Secretary General of the Institute of Environmental Law of the Argentine Association of Constitutional Justice and member of the Academic Council of the Career Specialization in Environmental Law from the University of Belgrano.
She has a degree in Administration from the Universidad Nacional del Sur de Bahía Blanca, with experience in private organizations linked to the provision of financial services and agricultural and livestock export activities, specializing in both subjects. She has been a member of a Civil Association with a focus on early childhood since 2016, she was a teacher at Tertiary Training Institutes for more than a decade and at the Southwest Provincial University (UPSO), as well as a trainer in other non-formal education proposals. He has completed a Master’s degree in Business Management at the National University of Patagonia San Juan Bosco, Chubut. He is currently completing a degree in Public Accounting at UCASAL. She is an external advisor for agricultural firms and civil society organizations; and in an important private financial institution in Argentina.
María Lorena Zárate Vidal
He graduated as a Lawyer from the National University of Buenos Aires, has completed master’s degrees in In-Depth Procedural Law at the Argentine Notarial University, and in Business Law at the University of Palermo. He has also completed various postgraduate courses in different areas of Law. He was a professor at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires.
María Eva Brosio
She is a lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires. He has completed a specialization course in constitutional law at the UBA and is completing a master’s degree in Human Rights, Fiscal Policy and Global Financial Crisis in Europe and America, at the University of Rome, Unitelma Sapienza. He has worked in the private sphere and currently works in the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the City of Buenos Aires.
Sabrina Gisela Pinnavaria
She is a lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Morón. He is a Specialist in Family Law. He has worked in the private and public spheres, both in the legal and cultural sectors, with extensive experience in radio production.
