About the Institute
The Constitutional Law and Human Rights Institute of the Ibero-American Association of Law, Culture and Environment, AIDCA, is a scientific-academic space that aims to deepen the study, research and dissemination of Constitutional Law and Human Rights, through the performance of academic activities, debates, study and normative discussion, continuous publications and articles of intellectual value.
Constituted as an interdisciplinary and transnational space, it promotes the exchange of ideas, data and knowledge by inviting lawyers, professionals, researchers and academics from around the world to participate by contributing their knowledge, with special emphasis on Constitutional Law and Comparative Human Rights. .
The Institute stands as a space for dissemination, reference and consultation of professionals, international organizations and sectors of the public and judicial administration, seeking the promotion and development of democratic and republican values.

Javier Alejandro Crea. Argentina
He is a Lawyer graduated from the University of Morón, Specialist in Constitutional Law graduated from the University of Buenos Aires.
In turn, he is a Specialist in Law and Policy of Natural Resources and the Environment at the University of Buenos Aires and a Specialist in Environmental Law at the University of Belgrano. He also has a Diploma in Cultural Project Management from the National University of Quilmes.
He is currently Deputy Director of the Law Institute of Ecology, Environment and Natural and Energy Resources and Member of the Institute of Constitutional Law of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital (Argentina)
He was also Director of the Institute of Environmental Law of the Morón Bar Association (Argentina) and General Secretary of the Institute of Environmental Law of the Argentine Association of Constitutional Justice and of the Academic Council of the Specialization Course in Environmental Law of the University of Belgrano.
He was Legal Advisor of the Deputy Ombudsman of the Republic of Paraguay.

Cristina Pardo Schelsinger. Colombia. Magistrate Lawyer. President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Colombia. Lawyer graduated and senior collegiate from the Universidad del Rosario. There she worked as Professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Jurisprudence for ten years and as Director of the Area of Constitutional Law and of the Specialization in Constitutional Law of the same faculty. She was an auxiliary magistrate of the Constitutional Court for fourteen and a half years, during which time she was also a titular magistrate in charge. She was a public servant in the Executive Branch for six and a half years as Legal Secretary of the Presidency of the Republic.

The meetings of the Institute of Constitutional Law are held once a month, in person and simultaneously through virtual platforms, so as to guarantee the active participation of resident and non-resident members in the region corresponding to the headquarters of the Constitutional Law Institute. The request will be subject to approval by the Directorate of Institutes, Commissions and Academic Activities, with the approval of the AIDCA Board of Directors.
